Ellowyn is not an ordinary girl of Salem. She's a witch, but in 1692 that wasn't a good thing. People hung and burned innocent people, blamed of witchcraft. She's a stubborn but optimistic character who goes through many adventures with her friend Edras Everdeen. A pale dead poet boy who's easily annoyed and is always either walking, jogging or hovering next to Ellowyn. But of course, no one else can see him. After a specific witch burning, Ellowyn sets off into the woods and finds Kittiwake Harlow. A small young full-blooded witch, who had run away from home. Ellowyn soon befriends Kittiwake, but must keep it a secret from her father. She starts meeting more people. The handsome Foxlip Rolands, Lelek Smorthit, Lysander Dalton and Evanesca Zero, who turn out to be witches that form a Wichita Circle. |
